During Pilot
  •      For new project company should have pilot conducted before starting any project in big scale
  •      Need to set a goal for pilot project  like reduce AR days or increase collection
  •      Need to record all the out comes
  •      Need to train the team members for the new environment   
  •      Need to review performance on daily basis
  •     Need to collect data like Production, quality, how many charges you can update and transaction you   can able to post for payment, how many AR accounts you can work
  •     Additional resources should be kept in buffer for any glitches
  •     Need to manage all the implemented plans   
  •     Outcome should be reviewed with management 

Decision based on pilot project
  •     First need to analysis whether it’s economically feasible to run the project in big scale
  •    Whether pilot project meet the goal
  •     If you get answer for all the questions, you can start the process with the help pilot project.

Rejection Procedure note qualifier is missing

  Need to check the Charges tab and double click on the Procedure Code line to open up the Charge Entry window. There is a Notes section on the right hand side. If there is a note typed, we need to select the type.   Need to select field and select the appropriate type of note you are sending.   Save the changes made   Check all the procedure if submitted many procedure.   Save the visit again and submit the claim.
