Job Analysis it might seems to be a part of HR work, but management also should be aware about what is Job Analysis, all type of industry should follow Job Analysis which might be small organization or a bigger one.
Meaning:
It’s just a preparation of job description/specification, it helps to hire right person to right job, it not only ends in recruiting right person it’s a continues process starts from recruiting, training, categories, fixing wages/salary etc.,

2)      Observation
3)      Questionnaires ( Including Psychometric )

Uses of Job Analysis
Assist man power planning
Assist recruitment and selection
Assist in choosing team member
Assist in replacing team member

Assist training and development programme

It’s simply useful across the entire department in any type of industries.

According to Novitas   “ Effective 04/15/2014, paper claims that were submitted to the old Novitas Solutions mailing addresses are no longer being forwarded by the postal service.
