The procedure 59400 for the routine maternity care including vaginal delivery, the below four codes for routine global billing
·         59400
·         59510
·         59610
·         59618
The above four procedure means of billing for provider for services rendered for throughout pregnancy global OB, it means the above procedure consist of Antepartum( prenatal)  delivery and postpartum ( Post natal), plus hospital admission, physical examination, normal or C-Section delivery, discharge et.,
Here routine services means, physician who cover Prenatal, delivery and Postnatal.

      These all are the CPT codes. In the majority of circumstances, you should not begin counting antepartum visits for the global maternity codes (59400, 59510, 59610, 59618) until the next full visit, coding experts say. Rejection Procedure note qualifier is missing

  Need to check the Charges tab and double click on the Procedure Code line to open up the Charge Entry window. There is a Notes section on the right hand side. If there is a note typed, we need to select the type.   Need to select field and select the appropriate type of note you are sending.   Save the changes made   Check all the procedure if submitted many procedure.   Save the visit again and submit the claim.
