Care Improvement
started Medicare guidelines so they deny you old claim and request for refund
from your office. Now your office needs to resubmit the claim with G code and
resubmit the claim to insurance. Insurance will reprocess your claim once your
office received payment need to initiate refund the 9 code preventive payment
to insurance.
